This summer, forget Shark Week — it’s Shark Tank Week, a short film fest exploring the darkly funny depths of commercialized summer. We’re looking for weird, experimental comedy videos (5 min or less) that riff on advertising, Shark Week, Shark Tank, summer or just that juicy intersection of consumerism, heat, and hype. Honestly, anything that is fun and weird that is also under 5 min. 

✨ Think:
– Beachy infomercials
– Haunted tanning beds
– Failed pool toy pitches
– Ads for products that should never exist
– Anything that screams “capitalist summer meltdown”

THE DETAILS:
🦈 Submit as many videos as you want — we welcome chaos
🦈 No application fee (but also no $$ involved — sorry!)
🦈 Submissions due June 1st
🦈 Final videos must be received by June 20th
🦈 Submit ideas or links (Vimeo, YouTube, or your website) via the Google Form in our bio
🦈 Opportunity to do a live “pitch” the night of the event
🦈 No need to be in Philly to participate, but if you are — come hang!
