ABOUT THE EXHIBITION

In Notes / Screens / Days, Corey Antis presents works on paper that point to the representations of forms but do not arrive there. These works explore the ambiguous relationship between built structures, spaces and incompleteness. As an index, this body of work reflects the practice of note taking and variation, where the images, spaces and objects serve as both proposals and complete projects.

Corey is an artist whose current work focuses on painting, objects and installation. He has held solo exhibitions of his work at the Booster and Seven Gallery in Chicago and the Vox Populi Gallery in Philadelphia, as well as participating in group shows at ThreeWalls, SPACE Gallery, the D.C. Arts Center, and Publico, among others. He lives in Philadelphia.
