About PARA SA INANG BAYAN
“PARA SA INANG BAYAN: A Primer on US Militarism in the Philippines & the Path Towards Genuine Independence” is a teach-in diving into the negative impacts of the US military in the Philippines and expanding on our US Out of the Philippines campaign. The study will go into the history of US presence in the Philippines and how that has contributed to the economic, political, environmental, and cultural depletion of the Philippines today. The issues of the Philippines are not separate from our fight in the imperial core of the United States. As we learn more, we will also address the struggles and solutions to achieve genuine liberation from the shackles of US imperialism.
