ABOUT THE EXHIBITION

Juried by Adelina Vlas, Assistant Curator for Modern and Contemporary Art at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Sarah McEneaney, Artist

Each year Vox Populi holds a gallery-wide juried exhibition to showcase the work of emerging artists. Solid Gold brought together 24 artists from across the United States. The artists in Solid Gold represented a broad scope of subject matters, ranging from serious questioning of social issues and investigation of language and gender, to the creation of humorous and at times absurd scenarios.
